Fifty Four

ANGEL'S POV

I was laughing at something the Queen said. She had invited me for tea at the garden, telling me I didn't have to be cooped up in the room.

When I had woken up that morning, the Palace was oddly quiet. Not that it was abnormal or unusual but it was too silent.

When the maid brought in my breakfast, I used that opportunity to ask her where everyone was and she told me that they went for a meeting with the Council. I had a feeling that it was about the hospital project.

Later when I was with the King, the Queen had summoned me to her garden.

" You need fresh hair at tea and long rest so that you can function properly." She had said when I politely refused to leave the King.

We spoke and gisted and during our conversation, I was able to understand why a pack as big as mine didn't have an hospital.
