My eyes stay fixated on my laptop screen as I see the name Jerold Hart on hundreds of expenditure statements, which go back up to five years. All the receipts that he had submitted were clearly fake and it was clear that he had manipulated the accounts to cover up the fact that he is pocketing all the money.

Jerold is embezzling money from the Lancasters for years now.

My hands were shaking as I tried to not have a panic attack. I have only seen Axel’s nice side but the Lancasters are famously known for putting a bullet into someone’s head if they were betrayed. I know for a fact that Zara’s stepfather was killed like that.

I quickly run out of my office to Zara’s cubicle, I need to find her and tell her what I just found out. I know Axel warned me not to tell anyone about these things but I don’t want to be the reason behind Jerold’s death.
