“MARA asked me to have lunch with her…” kwento ko kay Paula habang kumakain kami. Nasa isang restaurant kami na may kalayuan mula sa hospital. Walang masyadong pumupuntang mga taga-hospital dito kaya we are kind of safe here.

We met today para mag-lunch. I missed her kahit nga nagkita kami kahapon. I never had this feeling before sa ibang tao, aside from my kids. I mean the excitement to see someone and to be with them all the time. I think I am really falling hard on her. I always wanted to be with her and I can’t stop thinking about her kahit nasa trabaho ako.

“Oh, anong sinabi mo?” tanong niya.

“Obviously, I declined. I kind of lied and I felt bad…” I shared.
