“What did you and Alicia talk about?” Kilian asked as soon as both of them were inside the car, about to head back home.
“She just gave me her business card, in case anything happen, she told me if you or Maximus ever mistreat me, I can come to her for protection.” She responded.
“Oh, I have nothing to worry about then because that will never happen. I cannot mistreat you. You are too precious for me.” He replied. After they got back home, Levana was so tired and drained all she wanted to do was to sleep.
