Chapter Thirty Eight

Vanessa’s pov

“Now,continue eating your food Vanessa” he commanded, and I obeyed.

Dinner was awkward,just the plate and spoons could be heard.

“Dominic,I see you got yourself a beautiful toy,” I heard the man beside me say.

Dominic immediately paused his spoon and raised his head to look at the man and smiled at him, “ you of all people should Know I don’t like sharing ELLIOT.” He says, emphasising on the name.

So his name was Elliot!

“I don’t want to either, but I can’t help but admire her beauty, but don’t worry I won’t touch” he says and lets out a small chuckle.

“Elliotttt” the girl called Lucy called out to him,and he turns to face her.

“What’s there to like about her or even admire? She's just a low-life” she said in a very bitchy tone.

How can these people just gossip about someone and that someone is me and I’m right here too,how rude and wicked.

“I never said I liked her,Lucy, I’m just giving out a compliment” the guy said and I couldn’t help but look down shyly
