Chapter eighteen

Vanessa pov.

The lights shuned brightly making my vision blur as I slowly opened my eyelids, the bed was comfy and big this was not my bed. With that thought on my mind, I jumped up and sat on the bed to observe my surroundings, this was definitely not my room.

“Where am I? How did I get here” I thought to myself.

The bed was a luxurious king size bed and it was in the middle of the room, With soft, plush pillow and a cosy comforter. It was adorned with elegant curtains and beautiful art works on the wall. I stood up and walked towards a transparent door leading to a mini balcony.

I opened the door and stood on the balcony. I could see a lot of things from up here. I was still in Dominic’s estate and guards were stationed everywhere. I could not even think of escaping from here, because I would be caught immediately. I could see the garden from up here and it was beautiful.

This allowed natural light to fill the room, I could see some guards staring at me with some Unknown expres
