Chapter 65: Destruction Amid Panic

I continued to empty another bottle when someone knocked on my door.

"Come in!" I shouted.

With my shout, the door opened and a girl walked in. I looked at her.

"You're not my shona," I chuckled.

"I'm," she replied in a rather sultry voice.

"No! Even the voice isn't same," I slurred.

And then, I heard her opening her bag, as if she was searching for something. I didn't look at her and continued to gulp down my drink.

"Look at me, once again," she muttered in a flirtatious tone.

I looked up, and she did wore a mask like something of my shona. But whatever it was, now she looked like my shona.

"Now we're talking," I gasped and got up from my chair.

I somehow stumbled as I walked towards her, but she held my hand, stopping me from falling. I looked at her.

"Come to me, baby," her tone invited me.

I smirked as she held me and we moved towards the bed.

"You're my shona, right? You won't leave me at any cost, right?" I asked her.

"Yes! I'm your shona. I won't leave you at any cost,
