The ride towards finding a good hotel where they could hide from Connor and his men was even harder than what Annah had initially thought. All the hotels they found at the initial stage were either too open or they all had affiliations to him being the billionaire he was.

"Does this guy own the entire city or what?" Fred barked.

He was getting irritated because he couldn't believe that one person had this much power and influence over an entire city. It was one thing to be a billionaire but to command loads of power and businesses was another ball game entirely and he hated that they had to hide from him so he couldn't find them.

"I'm sure we'll get a good place very soon," Kate sighed.

She was also tired and Annah couldn't help but think that she was the cause of everything happening now. It was her Connor wanted and she just had a feeling that if she submitted herself to him, all of this would end.

Just then, a look passed Fred's face and Annah just knew that an idea or a
