We pulled into a fancy restaurant in downtown LA. Alek came around, opened my door, and helped me out.
As we entered, a friendly server approached. “Mr. Nabokav, welcome. We have your usual table.”
A smile formed on my lips, and a giggle almost escaped me.
“Don’t even,” Alek whispered as we followed the server.
I pretended to zip my lip. “Your secret is safe with me.”
Alek chuckled under his breath.
At the table, Alek pulled out my chair, and I accepted. Then he sat across from me.
“What can I get you to drink?” The server asked, looking between the two of us.
“Whiskey,” Alek answered.
I looked up from the menu at the server. “The same.”
Alek lifted a brow. “You sure?”
“I’m not as innocent as you think.” And I nodded for the server to continue with our drinks.
Alek smirked and said no more. The server came back for our food order when he dropped off our drinks and the kitchen had it ready in no time. I’m guessing because Alek’s order was a priority over the rest of the restaurant.
I took a bite, and the food literally melted in my mouth. It was so good.
After we finished dinner, we sat finishing our drinks. Alek threw the entire glass back, and I watched the tattoo on his neck slowly bob from his adam’s apple as the liquid made its way down. Never noticed before how many tattoos he had even though his name for me was tattoo guy in the beginning. I was biting my lower lip so hard as I looked him over.
“You okay?” Alek’s voice intruded into my porno thoughts, and I shook away my trance.
“Yup, splendid.” I blurted.
“What are those pretty green eyes thinking about?” Alek asked while searching my expression curiously.
“Nothing,” I answered, looking around the restaurant that is now packed full.
“Figured you would have more questions for me. Maybe why am I like this or your life must have been terrible if you turned out to be in the mafia,” Alek said, clearly wanting to start a conversation.
Shaking my head in disagreement. “No, it’s none of my business why you do what you do.” But I had one question lingering in my head from the beginning.
Taking the last sip of my whiskey, I put the glass down and felt like it was time to ask that question. “My question is, why me?”
He seemed confused. “Why you what?”
The server brought more whiskey to the table, and I grabbed it quickly, downing it before I continued. “Why did you make the deal for me and not the car? I saw your collection of vehicles. Why would you let such a prized piece go?”
Alek placed his elbows on the table leaning in. “A car is nothing compared to you.”
My brows stare curiously. “But you didn’t even know me.”
“I’ve been around monsters all my life. I know a pure soul when I see one,” Alek confessed.
My face scrunched in confusion. “So you wanted me because I’m pure? Is this some cult shit? Am I the virgin sacrifice?”
Alek chuckled at my questions. “No weirdo, I want a woman that hasn’t slept her way in the mafia only for the power. What you see as sacred is I would cherish.”
“And me being eighteen? That doesn’t bother you?” I asked. “Oh, and don’t forget inexperienced,” I added.
Alek’s playful smirk appeared. “You would be experienced within a few days. We wouldn’t leave the room until you had as many orgasms as you can take.” Trying to swallow, I felt as if it caught the air in my throat. “And how old do you think I am? I’m not some old man.” He declared with a laugh.
Shrugging, I answered. “Maybe. You seem like a perv the way you handled me in the kitchen.” Blushing at my own words as I’m brought back to the scene earlier.
Alek got a devilish grin on his lips. “Oh, you have absolutely no idea what I want to do to you right now. You thought the kitchen was me being a perv. Wait until I have you for real.”
Clearing my throat clearly hot and bothered by his words and thinking about us making love for the first time.
The server approached the table once again, tearing us from our staring contest. “Can I get you anything else?”
Alek never turned his attention towards the server. “Check.”
“Yes, Mr. Nabokav.” The server took off.
I gazed at Alek. “How old are you, Mr. Nabokav?”
Alek took in a deep breath before answering. “Twenty-five.”
“Damn. you’re an old man.” I burst out laughing, and he leaned back in his chair, crossing his arms.
“Yeah, so old I’ll have you screaming daddy before the night’s over.” He smirked, proud of his comeback.
I glared at him. “Ew.”
Alek chuckled. “Let’s go.” I nodded as he stood from his chair and walked behind me, pulled the chair out, and grabbed my hand placing it on his forearm.
Back at the mansion, we walked in and I headed for the stairs, but Alek’s hand caught mine. He only looked at me, saying nothing.
“What?” I said shyly. The way he stared at me made my cheeks burn.
“Nothing, get some sleep. You start back at the club tomorrow.” Alek smiled.
Excitement filled my eyes. “Oh my God, thank you!” I said, hugging him. Alek stiffened up at first, but then slowly wrapped his arms around me.
Alek pulled away from our embrace. “Good night Bri.”
I cocked my head to the side. “Bri?”
His eyes swam with admiration. “Yeah, it fits you.”
My giggle echoed the hall. “Okay,” I said as I straightened my expression, and as I turned around to walk up the steps, a smile formed on my lips. Alek was warming up to me, not just physically, but emotionally.
I faced Alek again. “Good night Mr. Nabokav.” The upper corner of his lip curled into a smile and I hurried to bed, excited to go back to the club and be around people again.
NEXT DAY...Walking down the stairs ready for the day, I find myself alone, except for my bodyguard, or should I say, prison guard. Drake sat at the table, reading something on his phone.“Where is Alek?” I asked.Drake looked up. “He had a meeting.”“How am I going to get to the club?” I questioned.Drake grinned. “Me sweetheart.”The way he looked at me gave me creeper vibes.Annoyed, I glare at him. “It’s Bristol,” I stated with my hand on my hip.“Whatever hotcakes,” Drake laughed, looking back at his phone.Anger bubbled up. I slammed my hand on the counter. “I said my name is Bristol!” I shouted, repeating myself. He stood. “Watch it. That pretty little mouth shouldn’t talk like that. I have a few ideas about how I should be used.”&
It stunned Alek for a second, but quickly comprehended what I said. His lips forcefully smashed into mine. His hands cupped my face as he deepened our kiss. Alek tasted so good. I wanted him to ravish every part of me. We pulled apart, breathless. "I want you so damn bad," Alek whispered as he placed his forehead against mine. "Then do it. Take me now Alek," I teased. There was a rumble in his chest when he gripped the back of my thighs and lifted me to straddle him. He held me effortlessly as he walked towards the hall. "No, I can't wait. I want you now," I said with urgency. Alek slammed me against the wall, and I wrappe
The other bartender made my drinks, and I returned to the table, unsure what I was getting myself in the middle of. “Here you go, four whiskeys,” I placed the drinks down and left, but the man’s voice stopped me. “Why in such a rush?” He asked. Turning back to him, I smiled politely. “I have to check on my tables. I’ll be back to check on you in a few,” I said and turned to leave, but the man grabbed my wrist. Instantly his hand was ripped off me and I was placed behind Alek. The man and Alek glared at each other. “What? Not happy to see an old friend?” the man’s lip curved into a grin. He leaned back against the booth, placing his hands on the top.
Alek stared at me with admiration in his eyes. “Why would you risk your life for me? I stole yours, remember?” I thought over his words for a second. “You may have changed my life, but you didn’t steal it. You saved it.” Baffled, he stared blankly, not sure what to say to those words, and placed the car in drive, then took off. We pulled off onto the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. It was dark. The only light came from the half-moon perched up in the sky. Alek put the vehicle in park and glanced at me. “Stay here,” he ordered. When I tried to argue, he pressed his plump lips to mine in a passionate kiss like this could be the last I see of him, and that made my insides go anxious at the
Smoked trailed up from the barrel of the pistol. Three of Gianni’s goons laid lifeless on the cold cement floor. Now I had an aim at Gianni.Alek stared at me out of the corner of his eye, stunned. “Where the hell did you learn to shoot like that?”I shrugged. “It runs in the family.”Gianni stood there in disbelief, wondering how a young girl like me could take out three of his best men, but then held his hands up in defeat. “Hey now, let’s not be hasty.”I glared at him. “Oh right, and you were just friendly as pie telling your men to gun down Alek and kidnap me?” I snapped. “Take your bullshit to someone else that believes it!” I spat.
My head fell on Alek's shoulder as I hugged his body tight. His hand found mine, and he squeezed it. "I love you." His voice was faint."SOMEONE CALL THE DOCTOR NOW!" I screamed, frantically looking around.Kevin pulled out his phone quickly and dialed the mafia doctor while I tried to keep Alek awake."Please, you have to keep your eyes open. Stay with me." I pleaded while my eyes turned into Niagara falls. What felt like hours was only minutes when the doctor arrived."Excuse me, make way," The doctor said, walking through the sea of people surrounding us.As my attention went towards the doctor, I caught sight of a familiar face in the crowd, trying to slip away. I knew who caused this. With my arms wrapped around Alek, I looked up at the doctor. "Help him, please," I begged."I will do everything I can."I nodded, wiping the tears from my face, and picked up the gun next to A
My hands gripped the steering wheel as I sped down the freeway. As I pulled into the back alley, I quickly got out running inside, not caring to check if the car was even in park. Out of breath, I looked around at everyone who sat in the waiting area. "Bristol!" Kevin yelled, getting up from his seat to run over to me. "Where is he?" I asked frantically. "Still in with the doc," Kevin answered, unsure what else to say. "What's happening? The doctor called me said to hurry," I said, running my hands over my face, feeling overwhelmed. Kevin looked over my appearance for a moment, noticing my Drake sprinkled face, and his eyes went to my soaked clothes. "Are you hurt?" I shook my head. "No, it's not my blood." My body trembled; I felt like I was on crack, and Alek was my drug. I just needed to know what was going on. "I want to see Alek." I walked past when Kevin grabbed my arm gently.
"Oh my God!" I screamed excitedly. My arms instantly wrapped around Alek's neck. Alek accepted my embrace fully. "Hey, don't cry," he said, lifting my chin so he could see my face. "You know I would never leave you." Unable to hold back how much I missed him, I took the opportunity to devour his plump lips. He didn't hesitate and wrapped his fingers in my hair, pressing our lips harder together. As we pulled apart, our eyes met, and our souls felt like they were eternally connected. We were interrupted by the doctor clearing his throat. "I see you're awake and already making out with a pretty girl." Alek chuckled. "She's not just any pretty girl. She is my fiance." The doctor smirked as he walked over to the machine next to the bed. "Need to check your vitals and run some tests to make sure your brain is functioning correctly." he pushed some buttons, causing the machine to make some annoying beeping sounds, then turned to us. "Bristol,
