Amelia felt unsettled and Mel felt worse.
Leonard the Lawyer had said that there will be a marriage in three days time and that had really worried Amelia, there was no time to regret or anything, everything was going so fast. The death of Mr. James, Jacob’s accident and her marriage. What a bad year.
The knock on the door threw them both into motion, Amelia signaled Mel to stay put why she went to get the door. Her heart slammed against her chest as she opened the door to see a clean middle aged man, tall and handsome, with a look that told that he was a respectable and rich man.
“Hello, Miss Amelia, thank you for accepting me”, he said as he walked into the house. Amelia had to borrow Mel clothes which were very expensive and of course Mel had to wear her clothes to complete the act.
“Welcome” Amelia said, her voice high-pitched like Mel’s.
“If you would come with me” she said leading the visitor to the house, she assigned a couch to the lawyer and he sat, Mel sat opposite him so Amelia settled to sit beside him.
“You informed me to bring some information about Mr. Xavier, well this file contains his basic information including some few pictures, and you have to promise me to keep this...confidential” He said handing a file to Amelia and she took it with visibly shaking hands, that might have given her out, she panicked and that only made her hands shake more, to her relief the lawyer interpreted this differently, after all she's supposed to be grieved, she just lost her father.
“I know this is too much for you, after your father’s death and everything, but if you need support....anything in my power, I will be glad to help as your father was a good man to me” Leonard said and Amelia nodded tears blurry her sight....it was not actually tears of lost.
“These are the papers your father signed, feel free to read them...” Amelia did not even notice when Mel walked to Leonard and snatched the papers from his hands, viewing them,
“How could he do this to me” she said stupidly and Amelia felt like giving her a simple tap on the face with a chair, hard. Mel was not the intelligent type and maybe it was all this incident that is making her like this, but she had just messed up. Then it was like she finally remembered her and Amelia’s little plan,
“Mr. James was a good man to me, he helped me, how could he die, how could he do these to me, how could he die” Mel said correcting her error as she passed the papers to Amelia and Amelia collected the papers as if it was usual for Mel to read through her personal things before passing it to her.
“I came along with a driver...i hope you have packed your things because you will be coming with me to a hotel where you would stay for a night and prepare for your wedding” the lawyer said sadly,
“What’s wrong with me preparing from Mel’s...My house” she asked, she had mistakenly made a slip, she was about to say ‘Mel’s House’. The best way to go through this was to avoid talking too much.
“Xavier chooses the time, place, guests...everything. He knows that your finances depend on him” Leonard said. Amelia had already made up a plan, and that was to divorce Xavier after some months of marriage,
“And to give you a tip...don’t think about divorcing Xavier because that would give you a big problem, Xavier has power, and when I mean power I mean ‘authority’, you will never be able to escape the marriage except he says so....this is just a friend-to-friend advice” Leonard said as if he could read thoughts and her face visibly fell as Mel released a very silent sob. A big hole in their almost perfect plan. ‘She would do this, she could do this’ she chanted silently to herself
“I’m ready, when do we leave?” Amelia asked
************
Amelia walked down the aisle, a man leading her to her soon to be ‘husband’. It was all strange. They were only a few guests to serve as witnesses, and they were all strangers. The man escorting her to her soon-to-be husband was also a stranger.
A dread feeling settled at the pit of her stomach, it was like her senses kicked back to action. How could she have allowed this, how could she have put her life and future on the line, how could she have agreed to marry a total stranger?
What if he was a serial killer?
The man waiting on the Altar for her was with no doubt the most handsome man she had ever seen, with his dark black hair, lean muscled frame and enchanting blue eyes that would put many girls to their knees, many girls but not her. She knew his type, play boys, and she dreaded her decision. Being kind and loving was good, but not all acts of kindness were meant to be exhibited and now she was trapped with a stranger she was sure she would never love, a future that held no happiness and a life filled with regrets.
'Was it worth it all?’ she asked herself as she climbed the altar to meet her husband who did not even give her a glance. Tears blurred her vision and she was glad for the veil covering her face, she didn't care about anything happening around her till The marriage declaration began.
“Are you Xavier Daniels willing to take Amelia as your lawfully wedded wife, to hold her in sickness and health, in richness and in wealth, until death do you part?” The priest asked.
Amelia's heart pounded, a part of her would like if he had rejected her, if he would agree to abandon her on the altar,
“Yes” was Xavier’s short answer.
“Are you Amelia James Jones willing to take Xavier as your lawfully wedded husband, to love him in sickness and in health, until death do you part?” The priest asked and Amelia stood silent, she had her chance now, she had the chance to escape and there will be no more wedding, she could...but she can’t,
“Yes” she said silently “I agree” she said more loudly just in case the priest did not hear her earlier answer.
“If there is anyone that wishes to speak against this joining, speak now or forever remain silent” the Priest said looking around the small guests invited for the wedding. There were no objections.
“Then in the presence of God and in the midst of our witnesses, I pronounce you, man and wife. You may kiss your bride” The priest said as he walked away. Amelia hesitated, she will never be the one to make the first move. There was silence as both of them stood not moving towards each other, Xavier had to make the first move as he held onto his bride and kissed her.
A marriage certificate was place before them and Xavier, her husband, signed it like it meant nothing, but when signing her hands shook and she might have left a fake signature which looked similar to Mel's signature.
They had not used any rings in their wedding, like who does that, and that made her feel like the wedding was incomplete, it was all done in a rush with few people so Amelia got the idea that Xavier planned to keep things....private.
“May we” said the cold voice of her stranger-husband, Amelia looked at him confused, “I would like to take my bride home” he said and Amelia felt a pit in her stomach, she knew what was expected of her as a wife, she felt like her sacrifice was to grave, she gave away her happiness for someone’s.
“The ceremony isn’t over yet” Amelia said, almost pleading and this made Xavier smirk, she hated it, “My sweet wife, your duty calls” he said with a dangerous smirk on his face, he swept her off her feet and carried her to his limousine, Amelia sobbed silently.
What had she gotten herself into?
Xavier walked to his limousine his newly wedded bride struggling to lift up her puffy wedding dress and catch up with him. He had dropped her to her feet as soon as they were out of the church. He opened the door to the limousine and entered, not bothering to act gentlemanly and open the door for his bride, she struggled on her own. Xavier didn’t miss her reactions- it was like she had never been in a limousine before- what really was her plan?, why was she acting like a novice? Her father should have taken her on a limousine or at least bought one for her, he overlooked it. She wasn’t his type, she was petite- a thing he didn’t like in women, he liked the tall-very tall and full type, not that she didn’t have curves, but there was this softness and innocence in it all, but he couldn’t deny she was beautiful- like an angel, when you look into her eyes, you might be deceived that she was still a virgin, he could almost hear her heart drumming against her chest-she wasn’t like the con
Amelia didn’t bother looking around the house, it was like a designed and decorated prison, still a prison though, so the beauty and elegance of the place didn’t matter to her. What the hell was she thinking? Her husband had just shown her a piece of him, but surely he would want a child soon- that’s a wife’s duty and he would want sex and she was still a flipping scared virgin. She wanted her first time to be with someone she loved, she wanted it to be with her husband, she would not be getting her first wish.An elderly woman walked into her room, not bothering to knock, Amelia tried covering herself, the woman looked at her like she was just another slut- an irritating slut at that point.Other young female servants or maids entered too and Amelia felt her cheeks go pink, she did do the ‘girls could see each other nakedness’ thingy, even with her years of living with Mel, she wasn’t very comfortable standing nude with Mel in the room, talk more of strangers. “Wash her up and get h
Xavier fumed as he walked towards the maid’s wing, it was late in the night and the few maids still awake scurried out of his presence till he arrived at the biggest room in the maid’s wing, he slammed the door opened -not bothering to knock and Lillian his senior and oldest maid jumped out of her bed in panic. No sleep for the wicked. He had lied to Amelia, he did not threat women like he did men, he would never raise his hands on a woman, he wish he could, because tonight would have been his first. He pinned the now panicked woman to the wall- not at all a romantic scene.“What did you call my wife?” he yelled, rage almost blinding him. Only him could maltreat his wife, he only could tell her what to do, it was a slap to his face- what the maid did to his wife, a fucking maid. What gave her that audacity? “I didn’t call her.... I didn’t insult her.... I’m being truthful....” she stammered. Lies.“Pack your things and get out of my house, if I ever see you again, I. Will. Kill. Y
It had been a week. Xavier walked to Amelia’s room, Blake and Shawn trailed behind him, he was going to take his wife out for dinner and discuss her allowances that would soon be granted to her. But the truth was that: Shawn had wanted Xavier to introduced them all officially to his wife, Blake was the least willing to see the new bride, but Shawn was all over everyone screaming in Xavier’s ears and laying down disturbing threats- which involved sneaking into Amelia’s room in an angel costume just to see her and as Shawn called it- to ‘blend’ with the ‘surroundings’. Like what does that even mean? Shawn also requested to be Amelia’s body guard as soon she would need someone to protect her, she was fragile- an easy target and that was why Blake saw her as a disturbance. Xavier walked into her room without knocking and Shawn shook his head in disapproval. Amelia was lying on the bed, fast asleep. Xavier walked to her to tap her awake, but Shawn drew back his hands, Xavier, with h
Amelia picked up her phone for the first time since she arrived at Xavier’s mansion and dialled a number all too familiar to forget. The phone only rang once before it was answered.Amelia was unable to form words, so she held the phone to her ears, silent.“Amelia, is that you?”The very familiar voice of her best friend Mel questioned. After some seconds of silent Amelia finally said.“Yes, Mel, it’s me”“Oh, I was so worried, I didn’t know what was happening to you”Or what was happening to the money“How is Xavier?” Mel asked“He is really an excellent husband” Amelia lied“Really?”“Yes, it all started out rough but it would be okay”“Are you okay Amelia?” “I feel like a princess” Amelia said holding back the sob threatening to escape her lips “How is Jacob?” Amelia asked already knowing that this was what Mel wanted to talk about most and also trying to divert the topic from her new life with Xavier.“Well, nothing has been done yet”Since you haven’t sent the money“Where you
It was a car pursuit.Shawn was driving fast- their car was a blur. Shawn took a sharp left and then a right. His face was no longer jokey, he was no longer the Shawn that in spoke in meaningless riddles and joked with everything, he was no longer the dramatic Shawn, It was now the Shawn that had qualified and groomed himself as a mafia member, it was the dangerous Shawn who could kill with a smile on his face.Xavier watched the GPS Map on the car.“I think I know where they are heading- it’s Bindinni’s hold, it must have been his men who attacked” Xavier announced.“I know a shortcut” Shawn said slamming on the ignition.Shawn’s shortcuts- especially during car pursuits like this could shorten lives. They were heading to a dead end, but Shawn sped up- this was the Shawn that took risks.Shawn drove through the thin metallic barrier but the car didn’t go unharmed, the front lights were gone and the car was a little squashed but still moving, if they hadn’t disconnected the air bags i
They were three fucking hours late. The dinner was to begin by four pm, it was seven pm and yet no sign of them.Angry, annoyed and frustrated Amelia pulled off the green gown she had been in for three hours waiting for the dinner, she unhooked her hair she had tied upwards, cleaned up her makeup and was about to wear her night dress, when someone came in.No, this person didn’t knock- why would he? He owned the whole ‘motherfucking’- ‘Manners’ Amelia cautioned herself silently. She tried to hide the blush of embarrassment she felt, she was naked save for some little piece of lingerie and bra she wore. The fucker couldn’t even knock. She gave Xavier her back as she wore the first thing she saw which turned out to be a loose gown.Just perfect. She turned to her husband.“You’re late”“I know”What a jerk, he can’t even let an apology slip out his mouth, even by mistake.“You have nothing to say about it?”“I was busy, I owe you no explanations”“I am your wife”“Yeah, yeah, call you
Xavier hated marriages because he hated the idea of being tied to anyone, ‘people’ bored him and he liked a free life.Kristen sat naked on his lap backing him as he drove his cock dipper into her, fucking her raw, he his other hand and cleared up his office table and slammed her on the table not disconnecting from her as he fucked harder, her moans filled the office, she liked it rough. And so did he.He gripped her hair and used it as a hold as he slammed into her, finally he pulled out, his grip on her hair strong, he lifted her from the desk- not too gently and forced her to her kneels, she smirked opening her mouth wide and without warning, Xavier slammed into her mouth, she struggled as his first hit made her almost gag but she held together as the expert she was.Xavier didn’t care about her discomfort, he slammed into her and soon he felt himself coming- took him so long, and he pulled out of her mouth letting his cum spread on her face and chest instead and she licked her lip
