Chapter 27: Her Encounter With Her Past

We immediately rushed Tina to the hospital and found out that she wasn't actually shot but she fell into some glass near by.

I couldn't help but think that most of what happened was my fault. I'd I had involved Tina from the beginning she would have had a different approach and a higher success rate.

I waited outside the operation room for hours, Susan and Stephanie too, since they both felt responsible as well.

After a while the operation room light went off and the doctor came out, I rushed toward him in anticipation.

"There's nothing to be worried about, the glass pierced an old wound, that's all. We took out the glass and restitched the wound, she should wake up in a few hours." The doctor explained.

I felt so relieved that I lost a grip on my legs as I collapsed on the ground, Susan and Stephanie both came by my side and picked me up.
