*Despite the headache I had gotten from Stephanie's and Susan's argument, I still had to follow the kids to have fun since I had already promised them. Olivia sent someone to inform me that the buses were ready and it was time to go but a part of me couldn't leave with making up with Stephanie.Susan was one thing, she's a emotional wreck trying to hold on to the last strand of sanity in her life, she's been through a lot even though she's still growing. But Stephanie is more mature, a woman who's broken pieces are well hidden from the world, she wouldn't cry in public to be pitied, rather she'd tuck her feelings, neatly placing them at the back of her mind and hurting immensely. She was who I needed to be with right now."Tell Olivia that I just need 30 minutes," I said slowly leaving Susan who had finally fallen asleep.I dashed towards Stephanie's room on the second floor, thankfully the halls were empty, making it easier to find her. I burst through Stephanie's door to find her b
*She walked over to Stephanie's door pacing up and down the corridor, she couldn't bring myself to knock. It would be easier to wipe out an entire village than face an angry best friend. After what felt like 30 minutes the door flew open revealing a pissed off Stephanie standing in the threshold."Are you gonna guard here all night? The sound of your booth against the floor is killing me." Stephanie said arms folded.Adira was stunned and at a loss of words, but in her moment of confusion, she lifted up the bottle of wine and a brown paper bag, smiling nervously. Stephanie looked over the things in her hand and then back at her before rolling her eyes and walking back into her room.Adira's arms fell then, "I don't have all night you know," Stephanie said from her room. With a small smile and a straightened back, Adira walked into Stephanie's room again. Stephanie was seated on the couch closest to the window as she stared at the moonlight, the light in her room dim, complimenting th
*There was a knock on the door the next morning, Adira woke up stretching, she had fallen asleep in Stephanie's room the previous night and now someone was knocking on the door.Adira staggered to the door sleepy eyed as she pulled it open, Margret was the one behind the door and it was obvious she was shocked to see Adira open the door that early in the morning."G- Good morning ma'am. I- i-i-i didn't know you were her." Margret's voice pitched."Pls, call me Adira and what time is it?" Adira asked."It's 8:15 am ma'am... I mean, Adira." Margret corrected herself."Okay, and?" Adira pushed a little."Oh, oh! I was sent to get Stephanie for breakfast." Margret said."I thought breakfast was by 7:15?" "Well, you declared a day off for everyone so Olivia and Tina decided to let everyone sleep in a bit." Margret answered."Alright. Do this for me, Let Tina know that I'll be having breakfast with everyone and that I would like to see her immediately after." Adira ordered."Yes ma'am, I
*Preparation were set, the ladies ready, the dresses fabulous and the heavy air of nerves of if such a plan would work, looked over everyone's head like a dark cloud. The operation were kept away from the others as well as the older kids who would be leaving again soon. They didn't need trouble when they came home to relax.Adira conversed with Francesca and double checks all the electronics, the back up team was also set if thing went west and every necessary gear were handled. They were scheduled to leave tonight at approximately 18:00 hour, everyone was so busy to notice Tina slip out in all of the commotion to get ready.Adira went back to her room, opened up a drawer she kept incase of emergency and brought out a bottle of Scotch. She poured some in a cup by her bedside draining it as fast as she poured it."Is it advisable to drink before going on such a large scale mission?" Stephanie said standing by the door."That's exactly why I'm drinking." Adira said pouring another glas
*"Team alpha has successfully entered into enemy base, initiating phase two, operation distraction." *Before the girls were lead in the man had to inform one of their superiors so it wouldn't complicate matters afterwards. It wasn't easy convincing him but after a thorough inspection of the ladies bodies, to be sure they weren't spies or members of the black rose and a promise to perform for the men as well as personal service."This way please, we'll provide you with whatever you need, and you promise us a performance after." Rob said clearing his throat."I can't wait to see what kinds of talents you girls have. I'm hope you don't disappoint me, I have disappointment." Michael said with a hint of danger in his voice."You've put a roof over our heads, this is the least we could do. And I'm a hundred and one percent sure you won't be disappointed." Her words were as smooth as a deadly snake, make his word seem like a worthless cry for help.Michael withdrew sensing the danger but
*The night was still, one side loud with cheers and music and another as dead quiet as a grave site. Team Beta made their way into the camp as steely as possible.Their job was as simple, secure the perimeter as much as possible and squeeze out the leader in the mist of the excitement. Half of team Beta secured the hall the party was still hot.The second team took out every other member of the gang they could find, as they slowly surrounded the perimeter."Team Beta is in position send in the demolition team. The coast is clear, I repeat, the coast is clear." Adira's team arrives but the mission is already compromised when the men figure out that half their security is no where to be found.A fight breaks out of no where. It was early but the ladies had anticipated this much with Phillip and attacked. Adira took down every man as they pushed closer, the men came with their gun but Adira was just as ready.Adira got to the bunker the alpha team was
*Hugo was on the ground in an ally, surround by three women holding guns at his head. It was quiet, the only sound he could hear were the sound of his own heart beating and the sound of heels against the concrete. Finally, Adira stood in front of him, it was as if everything she did, added up to this very moment. After chasing him down for almost a whole year, here he was in front of her, helpless and weak."Adi- Adira, no.. you don't want to do this. Th- this isn't you, please." Hugo pleaded.Adira stood in front of his watching him intensely, the very definition of if looks could kill. Seeing him this close in front of her made her want to throw up, all she had sacrificed for him, every moment they spent, a lie.Adira drew her gun in front of Hugo, he squealed shifting back but the girls behind him wouldn't let him move an inch. "My dear Hugo, on this day 13 years ago, you dug out my heart and fed it to my and today here
*A month later and Hugo is still nowhere to be found, the tracking team was always on his tale but for some strange reason he always evaded them like he knew they were after him. That night, before Adira could confront him Hugo split the scene. According to Melody, some unknown woman might have tipped him off on what was going on.Thankfully, Melody had already planted the mini microbot in his drink thus them being able to track him down. But alas, nothing lasts forever, it was only a matter of time before those bots were ingested and the signal lost.Aside from all that, the girls were successful, they managed to take over another gang and subdue it's men and thankfully, all 25 of them made it back no casualties recorded.Adira sat in her office waiting for some good news, by now the manor was filled with less people as the older kids had gone back to their daily lives. Stephanie was there for her during these times but it seemed as if Tina was becoming mo
