Matteo's POV:
I ran my hands through my hair a few times and tried to go over what I would be saying to Clarissa, Alessio's wife. I felt a certain type of responsibility to tell Clarissa about what had happened earlier this morning. Alessio wouldn't be dead right now if I had been able to catch this bastardo already.
Talia's POV: I watch as he moved towards the window and peeked out for a few seconds before turning back towards me. "I hired some people not affiliated with us to play as the decoy. We can go now"
Matteo's POV: It was about 4 in the morning and I was just entering the car now. Talia had managed to convince me to stay with her until she fell asleep. The drive back to the Manor was extremely long. I was running on sleep from the previous day before and now I had to drive for five hours.
Matteo's POV: I didn't necessarily plan for torture today; it wasn't really on my agenda but I don't mind changing my schedule.I know I had promised Talia that I would chill with all the madness but she's not here right now plus its hard to break old habits.

Kaycee had explained to me the reason that she was late was because she had gone to visit her son who was still staying at her mother's house. I found it strange and slightly weird that Luca wasn't informed about this and didn't know that she was paying a visit to their son.
