MIA

I was seated at the dining table and to be honest it was just me that was seated here. Marco was yet to come out of his study and his family were yet to come. I wondered what time they agreed on because it was almost nine thirty and they still weren't here.

" Nelly," I called and she immediately beckoned at my call. " When are they going to come here? I'm starving," I said, really wanting to eat the food that they were yet to serve because the others were yet to join.

" I don't know but I'm sure that they'll be here soon, they're usually tardy so just get used to it the earlier the better," she said. She really wasn't even making things any better in fact it was as if she was adding to it and I was just stuck here waiting for them.

" What about Marco?,* I asked wondering why he hasn't gotten his workaholic ass up and come eat. " He's still in his study. I'm guessing he's also waiting for them to arrive before he joins or he's just so busy," she said.
