Hazel’s POV

The bond I shared with Lucas grew stronger. He’s been really helpful, especially with my pregnancy and keeping up with Lexi’s appointments.

I had to stop working but he never made me feel like I was jobless, my due date drew nearer and with each day that gets closer I get scared.

“You’ll do just fine.” Lucas assured me when I was having my panic attack and Mr. Robert handed me a bowl of soup.
