HE COULD commend this woman for having such a brave face in front of him. No one in this house could look at him with those fiery eyes, one that, if given a weapon, would initiate a murder in an instance.

Israel let out a chuckle.

He has always known that this woman is different from the rest of the world. She was the single soul that, even if she were to look at him with murderous intent, he would never feel a sense of danger. that there would be something more of a pleasure in those morbid looks in her eyes.

There was no one, and no one will, but her.

"What do I want from you?" he repeated her words before kneeling down in front of her; a smile drawing on his lips as he uttered, "Only you, Amor."

He knows that every time he calls her with that endearment, Althea's face will scrunch in disgust. It was amusing.

"I said I would never be yours," she retorted. Despite her hands trembling, it was obvious that she was only putting up a brave front to resist his overwhelming dominance.
