Complicated

Riona could hear a sharp ringing in her ear as she staired awake, she winced as she could still feel the throbbing pain from the kick that the cross gave her on her face. She cursed at them, promising herself to get that back.

She managed to open her eyes but it was no use since she could see nothing, they had blindfolded her and when she tested out her hands, she was restrained there and at her feet too.

Why would they capture her if they wanted to kill her?

Then she could hear the clicking of heels, the sound getting louder as the person headed for her.

She had a sense of Deja Vu, somehow she felt like this had happened before but her memory was too hazy to give her any clue.

"Who are you?" She found herself asking.
