I have really been looking forward to being able to return back home for coming up on 20 years now. I knew before we all had to come here, there was a possibility of getting trapped here, which is exactly what ended up happening. When I think about it, about everyone I had to leave behind, at times it makes me wonder if it was all worth it up to this point. I wondered if I was ever going to be able to return home at all. However, knowing all of that, I knew what was at stake if I did not go when the time came. No one prepared us for the opposition we came against after we got here.
