Apparently, the news channels were helpful to him in choosing his hideout locations as they listed most of the places that the police were looking for him. The tiring efforts of his family members to persuade Anya's parents out of putting Rahul in jail had gone in vain. Anya's father pledged his life upon making Rahul pay for his atrocities and swore to sever the bond with anyone who came in his way.
