Treaded
She told him everything right from the start to how she entered the country as they treaded along together on the path to Dan's house. She didn't know why she felt the urge to disclose this now out of all the other times that he had asked her or the times they were together. Maybe she had become too emotionally weak after she saw what had happened to Lizzy or maybe she was afraid that she might lose him if she didn't think through like Dan. Either way it didn't matter to her because now they were together and now felt like the best time to tell him. She feared she might not have another chance or time would pass by before she loses someone valuable as what she had witnessed earlier that day, taking someone's love and affection lightly.

Anya looked at her reflection and sighed. She looked beautiful. She looked around at her friends who were equally dashing in their attire. Yellow wasn't a funny colour after all.
