The home Waylon and Dante had was in the city, three hours away from the pack house. The two of them would stay here over the school holidays and weekends when Waylon agreed to travel.

Their place was a three-bedroom penthouse with a large living room attached to the open view kitchen. One of the best features of the penthouse was that it overlooked the city and, at night, it was beautiful.

Caiden was finally asleep after eating five slices of pizza and annoying the couple. Dante left them when Caiden and Waylon took a bath and went to his own room.

In the apartment, Waylon had his own bedroom, Dante had his own, and the third was a room they shared.

After putting Caiden to sleep, Waylon took off his pjs and pulled on a shirt and thigh-high stockings.

He closed his bedroom door behind him and followed the sounds of thumping.

He came to Dante’s room; the door was closed; he knocked on the door and the thumping stopped.

Dante’s footsteps stopped at the door, and he opened it cautiously.
