Chapter Fourteen

I looked over and watched as Brodryn stripped and effortlessly shifted into his large black dragon, the sharpness of his scales evident despite the dim light through the trees. The sun was setting and it made his dark scales stand out among the shadows of the trees.

I went to him and rubbed myself along his side, much the way a cat does and a rumbling purr came from my chest as his midnight dew scent filled my senses. It was practically mouth watering in this form and I loved it. His chest rumbled in response and he nipped the scales on my shoulder, his breath warm as he rubbed his maw along mine, mingling his scent with mine.

: What would you like to do first, Little Moon, fly or mark one another? :

I shivered at the pure animalistic anticipation in his voice before standing my ground and looking him right in the eyes.

: As much as I’d like to invite you to mark me here and now. I’m going to wait till later tonight to do that. I want you to teach me some of your amazing flight ski
