CHAPTER 29
OCEAN'S POV:-
Sometimes, things become too shitty than ever expected. That's what happened to us while we were at Vivian's cabin. Last thing I remember was Moon and I both were sitting with Vivian and she was about to start telling us a story. Our story. The story of our past. And the minute I was standing in the same part of the forest. But it looked a lot different from the one we had seen before we entered Vivian's cabin.
Moon: Ocean, honey are you alright?
I heard Moon's worried laced voice and turned around. I gave him my cheeky smile and nodded my head.
Ocean: I am fine. Don't worry about me. Where are we?
I asked and looked around for any sort of clue.
Moon: It looks like the same forest. The same one where pa brought us.
He replied while looking around.

MOON'S POV:-When I opened my eyes again, Ocean was not by my side. She was hugging Vivian tightly and sobbing. My heart clenched seeing her crying like that. But I knew I could not interfere. They both had longed for each other. It was a mother daughter reunion. I stood up and Vivian opened her arms for me as well. I smiled and went to her. She hugged us both together. She held us tightly. It felt so good to know that I and Ocean were born mated. But still I had some questions inside my head.We finally broke the hug and sat back on the couches. THIRD PERSON'S POV:-With a loud gasp, Vivian opened her eyes and looked around. She sighed in relief when she found herself in her cabin. It was a nightmare. Scariest of all nightmares she had ever had. It was him. She saw him again. The very person who destroyed her life and threw her out of his life like trash. But that did not concern her. She was more concerned about the figure she had seen with her demon. As she remembered what made her gasp for air, she clapped her hand upon her mouth. OCEAN'S POV:-Two weeks passed since I had visited my mother with Moon. I was happy to know that I had a mother. After the death of my parents, I felt like I was left alone into this world. I was thankful that God had granted me another family. I had a big brother in that family who would rip anyone's heart out if they would dare to harm me. I had a mother who always looked after me. MOON'S POV:-It took me a moment to change my clothes. I then grabbed Ocean's hand and pulled her out of our bedroom. We walked towards the kitchen together, hand in hand. I heard the sound of her stomach growling as she inhaled the aroma of the strawberry pie ma had baked for her. I chuckled softly and shook my head seeing how cute she was. We both froze into our tracks as we captured the scent of an unknown person inside the mansion. I sniffed the air twice then my eyes glowed red and my fangs and claws grew bigger. I pushed Ocean behind me and both of us stepped into the kitchen. Seeing that unknown man inside our mansion my eyes widened in shock. I looked at Zeus who was talking with that man. OCEAN'S POV:-I looked at his grandfather. I recognized him. He came to Moon and pulled him in a bear hug. I was also happy seeing my Moon. He was happy and that was what mattered. But suddenly, the world around me started spinning and then everything went dark.I opened my eyes again and found myself lying on the dusty ground. I sat up and looked around. I frowned because I knew only one of us could be out at a time. OCEAN'S POV:-I sensed someone around. That was when I looked up. It was alpha Zeus. He sat beside me and patted my head like a big brother.Alpha Zeus: What is wrong? First you ran away like you did not like Redford and now you are crying like a baby. I know something is wrong with you. Tell me what is it?He asked me in a worried tone. I could not stop myself anymore. I broke into sobs and started telling him everything. I told him that I was happy but everything changed as I had that nightmare.
