51: How it happened

Kayla's POV

" Whenever I heard of Rogue town, I always thought it was some kind of empire. I mean I can see that it was a great place but...it's so desolate right now. I don't understand." I said to Nova.

After she told me that she could do more than induce a dew in someone, I became curious and I wanted to know what she meant. Then she aroused my curiosity even more by saying that everything she can do now is because of my father. It was as if she could tell that I wanted answers immediately but still, she asked that I have a bath and eat properly before I join her in a garden at the back of the tall building where she lives. That was exactly what I did immediately after she left the room. I put on the clothing I saw on the bed and sprinted to the garden to meet her.

It was on my way that I saw that the room I came out of was one of the rooms in the Apex quarters and I believe it was called that because it was the tallest and largest building in the territory and that's where Nova l
