Natalie stared at the retreating back of her boss and felt goosebumps crawl up her arms. She could sense the fear in him when he had yanked his daughter's room door open.
After the incident at Sophie's house, Chloe was becoming close to her and they were slowly becoming friends.
She still couldn't shake off the thought that something was wrong with Dante.
The shrill ringing tone of her phone yanked her back to reality.
"Nat!"
She winced at the loud excited voice of her best friend.
