V2 Chapter 36 Guard Duty

V4.1 ( Manor) POV

" * Sigh* You're never going to give up are you?"

Terrius sighs as he covers his eyes, annoyed at the mere sight of me as soon as he opens his room door.

" I apologize my Lord but the Princess has requested your answer for the upcoming ball."

I bowed my head and held up the response he gave.

" And you have my answer! Asking me hourly won't change my answer!"

" An empty piece of paper isn't an answer."

I did my best to keep my smile but I could feel it twitching as my anger grew. He then smiles at me as if I'm his best friend and we are having a normal conversation.

" Is that so? Please you must come in and tell me all about it. "

He invites me into his room when he notices another Lord walking down the hallway. I gave him a weird look before entering his room.

His room had lots of alchemy equipment and piles of books. His bed looked like it hasn't been used in a while.
