Things were happening, more quickly than Serena anticipated. She got a message from the council of Alphas, demanding that she step down from her position as Luna of the Bloodfang Pack before the next full moon which was in five days' time.
If she didn't do as they'd ordered, they were going to dismiss her forcefully. She had no option here, she had to leave in order to avoid being disgraced.
The more she read the letter that was sent to her, the more angrier she got at Maya. She disliked Maya when she was an Omega, now she loathed her more than anything. It had been confirmed, Maya was her most hated person in the world right now.
