Rick had lunged at the pilot, stamping one of his claws into the subject's arm, who recoiled as best he could, but was met by a punch from Zirocco that knocked him unconscious. The laser machine gun agent had begun firing, Zirocco ran through the trees, dodging, while the beast dodged some shots, and took others. "Take it alive," shouted Griffin, who had momentarily lost consciousness. The agent was firing and Rick didn't seem to care, charging at him, throwing him into the air, while the machine gun was left lying on the ground. Both Griffin and Leonard, who had come out of cover when he heard the shooting stop, looked at the stripped weapon at the same time. The two began a race, which Zirocco won.
