Chapter 18: His vampire side vs his wolf side

Kira's POV

That night, I sneaked in through the window and locked it immediately. As soon as ken left, fear took hold of me. There was always this feeling that something or someone was after my life and I couldn't shake it off.

I felt weak in this human body, unable to do anything. I no longer had the zeal to practice my spells because they kept getting worse. What happened earlier was still shocking to me and until I got an explanation for that, I was going to quit my spells.

I wanted to stick to my initial motive which was to figure out why this happened and also a way to get back to my body because I felt unprotected and lonely without Austin in my life.
