Chapter Fifty-Three

As Sable, Torin, and Jericho delve deeper into their new relationship they head to the caves where the dragons are and mate, when they return they encounter betrayal from unexpected quarters. Their quest exacts a heavy toll, testing their resolve and forcing us to make difficult choices that will shape the course of their destinies.

The warm glow of the setting sun cast its long shadows over the cave entrance, beckoning them in with a promise of secrecy and discovery. As their hearts raced with anticipation, the three mates stepped through the threshold, leaving the world above behind.

The cave was vast and cavernous, its walls glistening with droplets of water from the stalactites above. The air was cool and damp, a stark contrast to the heat that radiated from their bodies, fueled by the passion that now drove them.

As they ventured deeper into the cavern, the light gradually faded, replaced by the faint, ethereal glow emanating from the phosphorescent fungi clinging to the walls.
