Havermouth, Five Years Before

Cameron groaned and tossed his math book across the room. “F-k,” he banged the back of his head against the wall. The light was beginning to go, and he couldn’t focus on his books after spending most of the day f-king, but they were skipping a lot of classes, and if he didn’t keep up to date on the projects, his teachers would begin to complain.

He checked out the window hoping that Heath would magically appear, although there hadn’t been enough time for him to drop Aislen home and pick up food. Heath would help Cameron get the math done though he’d give Cameron shit about not listening to the teacher.

He picked up the English book instead. He should have read it with Aislen, he thought. They were in the same class, after all. “F-k.” He rolled to his feet taking his book with him and padded down the hall to the bathroom.
