Chapter 67 - Bending the nature

"When are you planning to do things normally?" I ran towards her and was engulfed in a hug. Usually, whenever I feel unsafe or unprotected, I love to hug someone taller than me because it always makes me feel safer... but despite being shorter than me, she is making me feel so warm and secure... {God, how could I have not distinguished between her and Amara?}

"Normal is a very outdated munchkin, and I will never be old enough not to follow the new trends," she said while sniffling, and I couldn't help but smile while tears were still dripping from my eyes.

"You are not going to mend your ways, are you?" I teased her, and she let me go and looked at me from head to toe.

"Do you not know anything about me?" she asked me and narrowed her eyes. "Are you my munchkin, or that Amara tampered with everything around me?" She suddenly came towards me and grabbed my face by the jaw. When I tried to stop her, she shushed me. "Shh, I am checking" She checked all my skin around my ears, and when
