The General had predicted that the enemy would approach Fort Brimburg when the sun broke past the horizon. Unfortunately, he was wrong there. Despite losing a big part of their army, the soldiers of Paria-Drae collected themselves faster than expected and were marching towards the camp, long before dawn.

They first became aware of their presence because of their footsteps. Walking in uniform and sounding so creepy that it made Gwen shiver. It was like they were all puppets being controlled to perfection. But then again, it’s kind of what they were.
