Back to the present. 

It had been two days since Joan arrived in Paris, but she hasn't met Cole yet. 

Unfortunately, the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel fully booked and she could not get into the same hotel where Cole was staying. Worse, when she revealed she knew that Cole Adams was staying at the same property, the management of the Pullman thought she was a stalker. 

Instead, Joan Belle checked in at the hotel close to the Pullman. 

The next day after her arrival, she went straight to the company that had hired Cole for the modeling job. It was the Holiday Boileau, one of the famous clothing lines for men in France. 

Her father was only able to secure the details of which company Cole was temporarily working for. She needed to do the legwork.

Sadly, due to privacy reasons, the company's reception did not give Cole's number. They merely took down her name and promised to give it to Cole Adams.
