Chapter Fifty Four

Reyna has just entered the house when a smell wafted into her nose. She was extremely tired and extremely hungry. Their lecturer had gone hard on all of them and with Dylan incessant questions about who Niko is, she could just proudly say that her day was stressful.

She also went to the hospital to check on Alan, who was bountifully smiling and some checkups were being done on him to see if nothing was tampered with while the operation was going on. That was the only thing that made her day of all things she did today.

The more she walked into the house, the stronger the smell got. Her brows went up as deep lines edged her forehead. Was he at home already? Or where was the smell coming from.

She was almost at the stairs when her eyes caught whiff of the neatly arranged table, different food and even desert laid on it.

The first thing she did was check her hand, seeing that it was almost seven o clock.

“You like what you see?” A voice sounded from up the stairs.

Her eyes darted to hi
