Chapter Seventy Six

Reyna dropped on the sofa with her chest going up and down. Niko closed the door, swinging the keys in his hand as he walked to the sitting room only to find her seated like that.

“Are you that tired?” He asked with a scrunched face.

“Do you know the places I ran today? Larissa would always get us into trouble.” She replied, still panting.

She had to call him to get her from school after turning Dylan’s offer down. He had received a call and said he needed to leave immediately, but offered to drop her home. She had declined, not wanting him to get to wherever he was going because it had sounded pretty urgent.

“Alright, call me when you get home.” He had said before finally leaving her alone and rushing away.

She didn’t want to go through the stress of finding a cab or having to walk another meter to the school gate and had called Niko to come and get her.

“Alright. Should I shower for you and get you new clothes?” Niko asked, making her seat up immediately with widened eyes.

“What!”
