I couldn’t believe I agreed to go on a date with him. I had a bad feeling about this, I knew the kind of guy he was; a player. Jaxon Masterson had only been at my school for a month and he dated a lot of girls, easy girls, the school’s trash. No self-respecting girl would want to be with a guy who had gone out with that, yet here I was in his car in the parking lot of an Italian restaurant outside of Harlowe. I couldn’t risk being seen. If my father ever found out he’d kill me; after all, I told him that I wouldn’t do this. What was it about Jaxon that made me break my own rules? I was lost in my thoughts when he opened my door and reached out, grabbing my hand, and pulling me along with him. As we entered the restaurant a girl about his age walked over. She looked at him like he was a piece of eye candy and she had a sweet tooth then she looked at me. “ Where would you and your sister like to sit, handsome?” She asked him, her emphasis on sister as if somehow that w
