"All mothers have intuition. The great ones have radar."

The sound of gentle flowing water from the pond combined with the chirping of the birds who had just come out from their nest. The moist morning air and sparkling dew on leaves surface created the perfect scene for morning meditation. Darline Desroches laid down her yoga mat on the grass and positioned herself in a comfortable position.
In a Sukhasana position (sitting comfortably with leg crossed) she worked on her breathing. Inhaling deeply, held it in for a good ten seconds and exhaled. She entered an even state of mind, and felt absolutely relaxed. It was then when someone decided to disrupt her peaceful moment. And it was no other than her husband, Archard Desroches.
"Honey, have you seen my power tie?" He slid the glass door. Darline was annoyed. Out of all time in a day he had to interrupt her morning meditation session. Even though
"People who seek attention need all the help they can get." -Denis Waitley- *** It was a cozy Saturday morning, Raphael was drinking a cup of tea on the couch as he scrolled down through his tablet, reading the latest finance and market news on an independent site while thinking of how he was going to spend the day. He could finally have his Saturday in peace as he had finished work, though he was quite a workaholic, it was nice to turned his mind off from work a bit and enjoyed the present. Usually he had dozens of plan in his head for the weekend, one was having a quick travel to a neighboring city through car or just hang out at a nice cafe or restaurant for a change of scenery, but since having Clara, he was beco
"Since there is nothing so well worth having as friends, never lose a chance to make them." -Francesco Guicciardini- *** Clara had previously received Renee's address and she had to check twice because her house wasnot like what she had expected. It was relatively large, that was for sure, but the design itself looked like something that came out of fairy tale. From the front one could see two fountains with pouringmermaid statue in the middle, the front garden had a few sculpted treesshaped in animals such as giraffe and bears. On the right side of the yard there was a half round fish pond with artificial waterfall in stones, and inside the pond was The house is in the middle of a garden. It was unbelievable. She wondered if she was still in Paris. It just looked like a completely different place. The house itself was located a little bit further away from the city area which might explain why there was eve
"Coincidence is God's way of remaining anonymous." -Albert Einstein- *** Corentin had been sitting around on his office, spinning the chair and playing with a pen around his fingers, he had been smiling off the air for quite a while now. His mind was long gone from his body and joined fantasy land. Though mostly when he was busy he had no time to play around like that, it had been his life motto to not take everything in life too seriously and often it was important for him to have some break in between his work. This time he allowed himself to place his phone on his work desk, which was something he was not really used to doing. Yet that day was different. He had been waiting for Clara to text him or give him a call, but she never did, so he used his connection to get her number and it was laid straight on his desk. The number seemed to be relatively unique, he guessed Raphael must have chosen it. He would not be surprised i
"I'm a little territorial and defensive." -Shia Labeouf- *** Raphael has just arrived at home after a long day at work, it was fair to say the day had been quite rough for him. A lot of people thought it was always sunshine and rainbow when you're on the top, but when you're on the top, you have more responsibility. Raphael was no exception. Though he never complained, the first thing he wanted to do at the moment was to see his love. Clara had been his biggest support lately whenever he was feeling a tad bit down. Everything he thought of her he found a new reason to do his best. Though in reality, she could be a bit difficult sometimes, what relationship could exist without problems? Still in his suit, he walked toward her room, he tried knocking but there was no response. Did she fall asleep already? He turned the knob to find it unlocked. Good, though careless. She should have locked it beforehand because
"Remember, the way you make love is the way God will be with you." -Rumi- *** Clara entered her room with a stomp. As she walked inside the room, she pondered why he would shout at her. He did not need to be so harsh on her. She was clueless why he would act that way. Maybe not entirely, but partially. Raphael acted as if he did not trust her, though she had assured him that between her and Corentin there was only friendship and nothing else. He did not seem to trust her. Corentin has been really kind to her, though the two were not exactly close, she could tell the man had no ill intention toward her. Raphael was definitely over reacting. Clara had no idea that a man's pride was his greatest flaw. By going out with Corentin, she automatically hurt his pride as a man. If a stranger, or any member of their family were to find out about it they would surely side with Raphael. She jumped on the bed and buried her face on
"The best way to get along is never to forgive an enemy or forget a friend." -Walter Winchell- *** Clara woke up beside Raphael once more, since what happened that night she was nearly confident that sleeping beside him would be part of her daily routine, although she would never admit it. The room was getting brighter as the sunlight made its way through the crack of the window. As she lightly stretched her body, she stole a glance at the alarm clock beside her. It was still 5 A.M in the morning. After a rough night of exploring each other's body, the both of them were equally as exhausted. Clara had never expected him to have that sort of stamina. The man was an actual beast on the bed. Though she had to admit. It was a pretty amazing experience. She turned her face to him, the man slowly fluttered his eyes open to look at her. Both were smiling at the sight of each other. He had looked handsome. She had no idea why
"The best defense is a good offense." -Jack Dempsey- *** "What do you want?" Clara's ears were turning a bright red shade from fury, if she had nomanner she would literally slammed Giselle on the floor. Giselle let out a victorious grin, she tried to take control over Clara's subconscious mind, making her feel small like she did back them, by giving Clara assertive gestures. She had no idea Clara had changed from the pain, she was no longer the most patient women in existence and facing the devil herself was a tough challenge to her restraint. "Why do you have to come here, Clara? Can't you just let me and Marcel live in peace? Could itbe you are following us here? You have no dignity, do you? Stop embarrassing yourself, he chose me already!" She made sure to emphasize the last phrase. That was the last straw. Clara raised her hand and slapped Giselle once again, this time even harder than the last t
"The only way to have a friend is to be one." -Ralph Waldo Emerson- *** The car stopped on the proper parking lot and as the gentleman he was, Corentin opened up the door for Clara. They were stopping near Seine river, which roused her curiosity since it was not exactly the place she had in mind when Corentin told her he was taking her somewhere, correction, Clara had no idea what they were doing there. It was all Corentin's ideas, she simply tagged along with it. In the man's mind, closed spaces were not the best thing for someone who is in a low mood, so Corentin decided to take Clara on a casual walk along the Seine river which was an open space with naturalist touch mixed with the city vibe. Besides, the view in the evening would be breathtaking. It was pleasant indeed, Clara needed some fresh air after what had just happened. Sometimes she thought all she really needed all along was just a bit of sunshine
