Artemis' POV

I looked at her with a confused face.

"He doesn't really care at all if he gets hurt again. That one is always high blood to me when I do something bad to you, so I like to annoy you even more. What they said is really true, when you're smart, you're a fool in love," she said, still shaking her head.

"He was so in love with you that I doubt if he'll still be the same when you slip away from him again," she said. Those lines linger on my mind all day. Even when me and Ms. Yu part ways. I was still thinking about it.

I fucking felt so bad thinking that Zelo was just acting like something didn't happen between us at all on that day just because he loves me. He loves me so he doesn't care anymore. As if he will forgive all my sins just because he doesn't want me to leave. That he'll settle for less just because he has feelings for me.
