49. Do You Still Want It?
The Windsor hotel lobby looks busy today, but not because of the check-in hotel crowd. There were two angry people near the front desk.
The first was Mr. Watanabe, who complained about the meals that were not fresh. This Japanese man felt very embarrassed because he was inviting his colleagues. Another one is Mr. Reynold Henry, who couldn’t use Opal’s room for their meet. Henry’s family can’t accept the excuse given by the receptionist about the maintenance of the room.
Actually as hotel guests, he could understand about the room maintenance, as long as the hotel able to provide an alternative to replace. Unfortunately, the hotel cancels it with no information in advance.
