My father walks away from me. Leaving me alone with my daddy who still has this pissed off expression on his face. Bowing my head, I start to walk towards the house and my daddy as it hits me. I should be just as pissed off as he is. He is the one who kept me away from my Fated Mate. He is the one who knew just how much Elijah meant to me. That he was my best friend and that I had fallen in love with him when I hit my teenage years. Still, he kept me away from him.
