Chapter 49- The Family Dinner
"Grand children!" The couple stared at each other.
Jean Larson couldn't contain her amusement and began to giggle while throwing her arms around.
"What's wrong with you two? You just can't take a joke!" She said laughing and slumping down on the couche.
Jake and Dohana simultaneously breathed a sigh of relief. They were still dumbstriken, so how could they have found this funny?
Jean composed herself and stared at Jake, "what are you still waiting for? Take your wife's suitcases to her bedroom."
"Right," Jake reacted and picked up two of the suitcases, heading to one of the spare bedrooms Jake wasn't using.
Jean looked at Dohana, "my daughter, aren't you going to follow him?

The following morning, Dohana rushed to work early. It was Friday, the day of the Moonlight Advertising launch. Truely a big day for the company and the launch had raised the interest of all of LA's most influential figures. The Nova was fully booked. At this second, Dohana entered the Moonlight building and headed into the offices. Getting off the lift, Dohana saw that even the corridor was littered with people.
