Chapter 67 - Governors Meeting
Day 14
The four Governors and Jay’s superior were welcomed onto “Mistress” and into the dining room. They were all served with a hot drink and a small array of food lined the table. Once everyone had been settled Rota started the meeting.
“Thank you for meeting us here today, I am aware it is not where we normally meet and I am grateful that you could come to us. Thank you for the parts you played in organising my father’s funeral. It was truly beautiful.
“You were there?” asked one of the Governors puzzled “I thought the Veiled princess was a decoy”
“She was but I was also there”
“How?” he said sceptically.
“Never underestimate Captain Jays ability’s” was Rota only comment.

Once they were all aboard, “Mistress” departed. It took them 20 minutes to get to Port Moss.Jay had asked Alex if he could get Jackson in a position to accept the mission and a team under him with some resources. They stopped, just out of sight of the security building and eight men got out and headed on foot towards the building. They got out in an orderly fashion, and started checking all the cars as they headed towards the ship.
