They came to a stop in front of a black table, the area was a bit secluded from the rest of the crowd and Maya smiled, endeared by his actions. He had chosen the same spot where they first had their dinner.

"This will be your table for this evening. I am Cassandra, your hostess. Would you like to order any drinks for yourself while you wait for Mr. Grey?"

Maya took the seat by the left, then looked up to smile at the hostess, "Oh no, it's quite fine. He'll be here soon, anyway."

Cassandra nodded, "Of course. If you need me, just press the button on the left side of the table." She gave her another dazzling smile, this one lasting a little longer than the others as she turned to leave.

Maya looked over at the table, finding it empty save for two wine glasses and a small pitcher, a small black menu card, a small pile of napkins, and a single white rose.
