"Wait!" Amora saw Liam frozen with a tense back. As he slowly turned his head, she continued, "Are you an Alpha?"
Liam nodded hastily. "Yes. Why do you ask? Don't you know that too?"
Amora looked uneasy. The formidable glow in her eyes instantly disappeared. "Do you know who I am?"
Wide-eyed, Liam approached her. "What do you mean? Have you forgotten who you are?" And he eyed her pendant. He was sure it belonged to Amora because he was often shown by her before.
“This is very complicated,” said Amora while covering her face sadly. “Could you take me to the inn first? I… I am confused by all of this.”
"Okay," Liam nodded quickly. He rushed to embrace Amora and took her to the inn. All the visitors saw that, including some girls who liked Liam.
