Closure

Dark indeed has taken care of everything for Maleficent's funeral.

All the arrangements look wonderful, and every creature is present to pay their respect.

The witches that are present here, gather around Maleficent's coffin, holding their hands and making a weird enchantment.

I try to interfere, but an old witch stops me.

"My queen, there is nothing to worry about, what the younger witches are doing is making sure that Maleficent's soul leaves this earth and reaches the witch's heaven. The last enchantment is for all her unfinished business." The old witch says to me.

When I ask her what exactly that means, she explains to me that any unfinished business that Maleficent had will be taken care of by her remaining magic.

I let them finish their enchantments and then I say goodbye to my beloved wife.

As soon as the coffin has been covered deep in the ground, a huge beautiful tree has blossomed right in that spot.

I think to myself that it is a beautiful sign, that my beloved wife's soul
