Brian lay on the couch thinking about the events of the past one month.

His pride hadn't let him stop Lorette that day, he knew there a truth In what she was saying but his insistence on not being someone who is able to love got him being cruel to her.

As her soon as her taxi had left that day, he had head back in and had ask Nadine to leave and while going down stairs to get some thing to eat, he slipped hitting his head on the barricade.

He remember that he woke up a while later to find him self in his room, one of his maids who had spot him on the floor had call for the doctor. And while the doctor was checking up on him that was when his lost memories began to come back.

He knew then and there that he lost the only gem In his life, he sent her away with out even trying to under stand her and though she had stayed even with his cruelty, his final act with Nadine had got her leaving him.
