The next time I see Ada is when I'm supposed to get ready for dinner with the brothers. I smile at the girl, but her saddened expression makes me feel sorry for her. "Are you in trouble? Octavius I enter my office, close the door, and let out a breath I didn't know I was holding. As a vampire, I don't need to breathe to survive, but it's one of the few habits I still have from my time as a human. I lock the door and slowly walk towards the window.
