Chapter 42

Nathan's PoV

Sunday 12th May 2019

Today's finally moving day. I've already packed all of my stuff into boxes that have been moved to Marcus' flat but I'm leaving my furniture in the house. I'm going to sell my house but not for a while yet. I want to settle in with Marcus and Cole before I think about selling up.

Now we are helping Cole pack his stuff which is thankfully less than mine because it is only what was in his room. I'm folding his clothes into a box and Marcus has gone to the bathroom when Cole decides to light a cigarette inside. I grab it from him and put it out on the ashtray on the dresser.

"Hey!" He protests.

"No smoking inside," I tell him and he pouts.

"My room my rules," he sasses and I raise an eyebrow. "I'll give you a kiss for one."

"Go outside if you want to smoke," I say and he sighs but does as he's told. Marcus comes inside as Cole leaves and looks at me confused.
