Jax Takes Over

It's just like the old days.

Rain always loved to walk through the pack on foot at night. She always claimed that the fresh air at night was best and we could reenergize for all the next day's workload.

We walked out of the house towards the large park close to the forest. This too, was a project of hers, Rain insisted that pack members must have a place where mates could relax, kids run around while the parents' picnic. And later, it proved to be a great success, the park is being used extensively to this day. Jace later even added a pond at the center where geese now swim, and several rare tropical fish have permanent homes.

When we get there, we silently walk down the path, enjoying the morning air.
